A new lead veterinary surgeon for 608 Vet Practice in the West Midlands is confident she has the right recipe for success.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cambridge graduate Arsha Kaur Bajaj is a keen cook as well as an expert vet and her home economic skills could now serve her well in the workplace.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Arsha is convinced 608 Vets\u00a0in Solihull, Bentley Heath and Acocks Green\u00a0has the perfect ingredients and mix of skills to serve up the finest small animal care in Birmingham and the West Midlands.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Arsha explained: \u201cI am most looking forward to the people-aspect of the job \u2013 working closely with the vets and hopefully supporting them, as well as working with the different team members to harmonise how we function across the whole practice.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI would love to be able to channel team members<\/span>\u2019 <\/span>varied strengths and get them to share them with colleagues so everyone feels more gratified within their roles and valued at work.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt can be a tough career field to be in but one that is so rewarding. So, my aim is to make everyone feel valued and supported so we maintain a happy, healthy workplace.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Arsha will also be a key part of the senior management team for all three 608 practices in Solihull<\/a>, Bentley Heath<\/a> and Acocks Green<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>She added: \u201cI will still be working as a small animal general practitioner but I will also be involved with the senior leadership team to help implement practice policies, drive clinical initiatives, and use client feedback constructively to help our team work even better for our clients.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>\u201cI will carry out development reviews with some of the vets in the team and carry out new vet inductions, too.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Arsha graduated in 2016 and has previously worked as a small animal vet in general practice in Cambridgeshire and Yorkshire.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Away from work she enjoys cooking and experimenting with different cuisines, especially recreating favourite foods from home Malaysia, travelling and exploring.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
