We are planting nine trees in the town to mark each decade of its 90 years of service to the local community!<\/span><\/p>\n

608 Vets on Warwick Road in Solihull<\/a> was first established in 1932 and also has branches in Bentley Heath and Acocks Green. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Roshni Hothi, lead clinical director at 608 Vets, said the trees would be planted in the area around the popular veterinary practice to provide a long-lasting, eco-friendly feature for both the 608 Vets staff and local people to enjoy in the years ahead.<\/span> \"608<\/span><\/p>\n

Roshni said: \u201cWe all thought this was a tremendous way to celebrate our 90th anniversary especially as it\u2019s something that benefits the community we serve.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve teamed up with Solihull Council\u2019s award-winning \u2018Planting our Future\u2019 team to make this happen and will be planting a range of trees such as Upright Cherry, Swamp Cypress, Field Maple and Sweet Gum Slender.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ll also be maintaining the trees for at least the next three years as part of our ongoing commitment to our customers and neighbours.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The trees are being planted in Buryfield Road, Heaton Road, Yew Tree Lane, Seven Star Road, Pinfold Road, Warwick Road and Woodfield Road.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Councillor Ian Courts, leader of Solihull Council, said: \u201cOur plan for 250,000 trees to be planted this decade always needed the support and involvement of communities and businesses.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThat is why it is so good that Solihull\u2019s 608 Vet Practice is celebrating 90 years of service by supporting our Planting Our Future campaign and planting nine trees, one for each decade.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNot only will these trees provide a beautiful reminder of 608 Vet Practice\u2019s celebrations, but they also demonstrate the practice\u2019s commitment to the future, improving biodiversity in the area and carbon absorption.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our main hospital site on Warwick Road in Solihull provides 24-hour care<\/a> for small animals 365 days a year. The facilities and\u00a0<\/span> p<\/span>rocedures include an in-house laboratory for rapid, regular diagnostics, digital imaging for more intricate cases and operating theatres for surgical solutions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Roshni added: \u201cWe may now be 90 years old but our aims and objectives are the same as when the\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>practice was first founded, to offer the best and latest care for our patients and their owners.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
